Public Preschool Storytime
Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
Welcome to Public Preschool Storytime. This special storytime offers your 3-5 year old a variety of book related experiences featuring stories, songs, fingerplays and more. Storytime introduces your child to group experiences, helps your child develop listening skills and fosters independent learning.
The children gather in the children's department with their families. The storyteller will take the children to the storytime room for the program. Families wait in the library during the program. department withWe recommend that you try to arrive about 10:15 a.m. before the storytime begins to give your child a chance to use the restroom and settle into the group.
Time For Twos
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.
This program is designed for two-year-olds and their caregivers. Each child must have an adult accompany her or him during the 15-minute program. The program will consist of stories, songs, and movement activities.

Introduce a world of ideas to your child through Storytime! Storytime exposes your child to group learning experiences, helps your child develop listening skills and fosters independent learning. It also cultivates early literacy skills which will help your child become a successful reader. Our Preschool Storytime offers your 3 – 5 year-old a variety of book-related experiences, featuring stories, songs, finger plays and more.
Children and their caregivers are welcome to gather in our children’s area on storytime mornings and wait for the storyteller to invite them into the storytime room. We recommend that you try to arrive about 15 minutes before the storytime begins to give your child a chance to use the restroom and settle into the group.

Time for Twos is an energetic 20-minute program designed for two-year-olds and their caregivers. During this program your child will enjoy books, songs, action rhymes, finger plays, and movement activities that will help develop listening and early literacy skills and inspire excitement about stories. Caregiver participation is welcome as it makes Time for Twos a fun time for all!
Baby Fun Time
Thursdays at 11:00 a.m.
For ages 0 to 24 months
Toddlers from walking to 24 months and their caregivers will enjoy singing, clapping and dancing during this 15 minute program. Join us for this delightful program designed to introduce babies to the joys of language and literature!
