Storytime
Tuesdays at 10:30
a.m.
For
ages
3-5-years old
Preschoolers are invited to a fun filled
30-minute time of books, songs, poems and films. Smiles and giggles are
welcomed!
Toddler Time Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
For
children who are walking
to 3-years old
Parents of toddlers are highly encouraged to
participate during this 20-minute learning time. Simple games, nursery
rhymes and songs will expose toddlers to a positive and enjoyable
experience at the library.
Drop In Storytime Mondays at 7:00 p.m.
(Sept. - May)
Storytime program for all ages - families
welcome! Milk and cookies served after the program
Bilingual
Storytime
Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.
(Sept. - May)
Storytimes bilingue Stories, songs and snacks/Comeremos historias,
canciones y bocados. Families welcome/las familias son agradables atender.
Help
your child have an enjoyable Storytime visit
Be Prompt.
Do not bring toys,
books or other distractions to storytime.
Let your child know
that you will be nearby during storytime or come into the storytime room and participate
with him.
Children who are not
ready for storytime disrupt the children who are trying to listen.
Do not engage in
conversation with other parents in the storytime room. It is very distracting to the
storyteller as well as the children.
Call Dial-A-Story to hear a story read right over your telephone.
Ask for mom and dad's permission first.
