Book clubs meet once a month at May Memorial, Mebane, and Graham Public Libraries.  Copies are available for check out at the library.

paws for reading

Designed to help children improve their reading skills by reading aloud to a registered therapy dog. Children read for 15 minutes in a relaxed, one-on-one session with a lovable dog.

Parents, you are your children’s first teacher! Participate in enrichment activities that create the building blocks for reading. There are six building blocks that children need to begin reading. Find out more!

Stay Home Storytimes

Stay Home Storytimes! Librarian planned, themed storytimes with three ebooks, two songs, and two action rhymes or finger-plays to do with the child or children in your life. Each storytime also comes with an attached craft sheet with an easy craft that you can make at home. These storytimes are recommended for Pre-K through 3rd graders.
