Compassion Cultivation Training

For adults. Aneight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy,and kindness for oneself and for others. In this program, participants willlearn to cultivate a daily meditation practice, increase kindness andcompassion, calm the mind and direct thoughts more positively, and sharpen theability to focus and pay attention.
